Richards Industries' LowFlow line provides a full range of fractional flow control valves and regulators designed to handle the toughest micro-flow applications. LowFlow products handle Cv values as low as 0.00001 (0,0000086 Kv), temperatures up to 1500°F (816°C) and pressures as high as 10,000 psi (690 bar).
The Mark 708 control valve was developed to provide the most accurate control available for fractional flow services in pilot plant installations, test stands, R & D facilities and for specialized processes such as dosing, injection, and venting applications. The Mark 708 is available with nearly any type of end connection and in a variety of alloy materials. Motor operators, bellows stem seal, cryogenic bonnet, double packed bonnet, and high temperature bonnet are some of the available options. A three way configuration, the Mark 709, is also available. The Mark 8000 Series of control valves combine a heavy duty, severe service design with fine control and reliable performance to provide years of trouble-free operation. With a wide range of options and features, the barstock constructed Mark 8000 is used in the most demanding chemical, corrosive, cryogenic and high pressure process applications.
The Low Flow JR Series line of high pressure regulators have the ability to handle very high pressures and very low flows. These valves are typically used in research and sampling systems for corrosive and specialty gases. Typical applications include gas chromatography, flame ionization detectors and other industrial controls. JR Series regulators are available in a variety of alloy materials and several configurations. |
